The San Ramon Real Estate mid year review certainly shows positive signs over the first six months of 2011. Closed sales for both detached and attached homes are higher and the time it takes to get a home into escrow has decreased. Pricing in the single family segment has held steady and the attached home market is showing strength. It has been a tough market for buyers and a good market for sellers all along the 680 Corridor thus far this year.
