Homes for Sale in North Coralville Neighborhoods

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Cardinal Realty ~ 319-400-0268

The 12th Ave extension in Coralville and the S Jones Blvd expansion have resulted in connecting Coralville and North Liberty in a way they weren't connected before.Neighborhoods along the 12th Ave Extension, Coralville IA Much of the boundary for the two towns runs along Forevergreen Rd. In fact North Central Junior High School is North of Forevergreen Rd, in North Liberty, while Michelle Ln is south of Forevergreen Rd, in Coralville. Van Allen Elementary School is behind North Central Junior High and as you can imagine, living that close to schools makes the neighborhoods around Michelle Ln pretty popular neighborhoods to live in.

At the time of writing this post the highest priced home in neighborhoods along the 12th Ave Extension is $549,000. The lowest priced home $279,900.

Typically homes in those neighborhoods along the 12th Ave Extension are larger single family homes, with some high end condominiums. Homes in Coralville close to North Central High Styles include 2 story, multi-level and many ranch style homes with walkout lower levels. The rolling hills of Coralville make walk out lower levels a popular option. When I relocated to the US in 2000 ranch style homes impressed the socks off me. It won't surprise you to learn that we typically don't have the space for ranch homes in Europe. I immediately loved the open feel that ranch homes give you and they're still my favorite style of home after 12 years of living in Coralville. (And looking at a lot of different style homes!)

Neighborhoods along the 12th Ave extension include the Forest Edge Estates and the Pine Hill Estates. The location is obviously great with a straight shot to North Liberty to the North and downtown Coralville to the south. Coral Ridge Mall and the State of the Art Coral Ridge Movie Theater are less than 10 minutes away, and in the same time you can be on I-80 via Coral Ridge Ave.

If you're looking for a buyer's agent to help you buy a home in one of the fine neighborhoods in Coralville, I'm here  to help you find the right home to fit your lifestyle at the right price.  Give me a call at 319-400-0268 or drop me an email,  I'd love to hear from you!

Hi Denise-I am with you on the ranch style homes. I like the openness and the best part for me is the single level living. What part of Europe are you from? When I lived in NY they had two villages that were separated by just a bridge and each had their separate fire depts, store, mayors, etc.

I come from Wales Sharon, although I spent 20 years in Germany before moving to the US so probably feel a lot more European than your average Brit. (I've spent 12 years here now, so you can add that to the mix too.:)

I can top your story about the 2 villages. My son knows someone who lives and works in two different time zones. Apparently some of the counties in Indiana have Central time and others Eastern time. I can't even imagine dealing with that! I have enough of a problem figuring out what time it is when I call Germany or Wales, I can't imagine having to arrange my day around two different time zones!
