The amenities are centrally located in the Princeton Lakes subdivision between the Glens and the Estates.

The Princeton Lakes clubhouse is used for community events that include HOA meetings and other events for residents. Residents can also schedule time at the clubhouse for private events such as birthday parties and baby showers. The clubhouse has a very grand design where you can enter on the top level and exit to the pool area on the bottom level.
The swimming pool has plenty of space to splash around. There is a professional lifeguard on duty during the pool's open hours. The playground is next to the swimming pool. The playground has the very colorful 'climb and slide' set up. Other residents can play a game of three on three on the full length basketball court. Personally I would enjoy a game of tennis - singles or doubles.
One of the best ways residents enjoy Princeton Lakes is by walking (or running) through the subdivision. Sidewalks are all over the subdivision. There is tremendous amount of 'green space' and 'pet friendly' space throughout the community. HOA fees are some of the lowest available in metro Atllanta for comparable offerings - $150 per quarter.
