The 101st edition of the Stanislaus County Fair starts in less than a week.  This year the fair runs from July 13th to July 22nd.   The ten day run is jammed packed with everything that you could ever hope to find at a county fair.  There are probably a few things at this years fair that you didn't even know were there.
