Live at Five in Stamford Connecticut has kicked-off! Come to town on the next four Thursdays and you are in for an evening of hot music! Here's the line-up:
July 12 - Enjoy Matisyahu (great blend of traditional Jewish themes with reggae, rock and hip hop beatboxing sound), Moon Taxi and Emergency Services.
July 19 - Hot Chelle Rae, Eytan & The Embassy and My Pet Dragon
July 26 - Javier Colon, Matt Beilis and Annie Minogue
August 2 - Matt O'Ree, Frank Viele & The Manhattan Project and (be still my heart) FOREIGNER - best known for the top hits "Cold as Ice", Waiting for a Girl Like You" and "I Want To Know What Love Is" - this is not a concert to miss!!!
This series is brought to you on the Heineken Stage in partnerships with the Stamford Town Center, Reckson and BevMax.
Now if you're interest in stopping by, please keep in mind the following:
You must be 21 and older to get into the concert area after 7:00pm. Photo id is required. (Passports and out of state ids require a second form of photo id with date of birth). If you are under 21 and arrive before 7:00pm, you are welcome to stay for the entire concert.
$10.00 fee to attend the Alive @ 5 Festival. Children aged 12 and under are free, but must enter before 7:00pm.
You might want to bring a blanket or beach chair to use while you are waiting for the concert to begin. But be sure to fold as you might want to get up and dance to the beat. For the "City that Works" otherwise known as Stamford Connecticut, we are enjoying music, come join us at Live at 5!
