Elaine, Palm Desert California is indeed a very great place to live and I believe it is the greatest city in the Coachella Valley with the most to offer.  Not only do people come to the area to visit and shop, but it is obviously a great place to live and you are blessed to be able to work in such a wonderful city.  Have a happy 2008.
