Several Neighborhoods to the Northeast of Prescott Valley are rural in nature. Most of them allow horses and most of the lots are 2 acres to 10 acres. All the main roads leading to these subdivisions are now paved.

  • Antelope Meadows -- Rural settings here, bring your farm animals
  • Coyote Springs -- 10-Acre minimums here, bring your horses
  • Coyote Crest
  • Mingus Meadows
  • Poquito Valley -- Mostly 2-acre minimums here
  • Mingus West -- Water from Town of Prescott Valley, paved streets
  • Lonesome Valley -- This neighborhood is mostly undeveloped
  • Prescott Ridge -- Gated, originally 36+ Acres
Mingus Mountain is one of the most prominent features of the area. Jerome, Cottonwood and Sedona, Arizona are on the other side of this mountain. Take Scenic Highway 89A to get there.

John - I love that snowy-mountain photo!  We enjoy coming up your way in the summer - it's amazing how fast the temp can drop 2 hrs north!
