The Coachella Valley has been made famous by the City of Palm Springs, California, yet it is hardly the only city in the valley, just the most well known, due to its illustrious heritage. On the other side of the Valley is Indio, California, which is actuaIndio Golf Courseslly one of the largest cities in the region.

Indio is a growing city, with a perfect mix of businesses, industrial areas, residential areas and family communities. The prices here are very affordable compared to the other more higher priced communities of Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage or Palm Springs.

Looking for a city to grow with, well then you need to take a good look at Indio. There are lots available if you wish to build your home and grow with your neighbors - maybe building a community together of friends might be your fancy? Indio is the "City of Festivals" and in parts of the area it blends right into La Quinta and you can hardly tell where one city starts and the other stops. Check out the Murals of Indio
