Realtors® Alphabet Soup
We as REALTORS® walk in some interesting shoes, wear many hats and fill many roles in 
our ongoing efforts at conducting day to day business. We continually guide our clients and work to be the glue of an often difficult puzzle (a prior post). I have determined that throughout my real estate career I have likely filled the entire bowl of Realtors® Alphabet Soup duties, responsibilities and unique roles to keep the Alphabet Soup hot and the clients cool. Here are some of my entries into the Realtors® Alphabet Soup. Common share some of yours!

F. Financial Guru, Friend, Fiduciary, Foreman, Futurists
G. Gandalf (wizard), Guide, Gardner, GPS (Human version) Gigolo..LOL just kidding!
H. Handyman, Hard-ass, Heartbreaker, Helmsman (not literally but figuratively), Hero, Historian, Hit-man (I refused to take the job..some deals get really ugly you know)
I. Instigator, Investigator, Intermediary, Interpreter, Interior Decorator, IT Tech
J. Jack of all Trades, Janitor, Journalist, Judge
K. Knowledgeable, Know it all..I don't but they think I'm supposed to
L. Listener, Locksmith, Lawyer (well, I will suggest you get one), Land-man, Landscaper
M. MAcGyver, Marketing Genius, Mentor
O. Optimist, Observer, Odds-maker, Office Manager, Organizer, Omnipresent (I feel like I am at times)

R. Realtor® Duh!, Rainmaker, Roofer, Referee, Radon Detector (i.e. Can you smell any radon in here?)
