It's been a pretty brisk market in the Westridge Knolls neighborhood this year. We've seen 15 homes sell between January and June with an average days on market for these listings sitting at 46.
The average Days on Market show a significant improvement over 2011 and 2010 and more along the lines with 2009 and 2008. We love seeing that the homes are selling at a brisk rate. Currently there are seven homes under contact in the Westridge Knolls neighborhood and of these homes four sold in under 12 days. Not bad.
An interesting statistic we're looking at here is the average price per square feet. In many neighborhoods throughout Colorado, and even the United States, you might see a significant difference between 2012 and the last few years. Not so in Westridge Knolls. Between 2008 and 2012 the average price per square foot for sales January - June vary by only $7.00.
