Complete and Submit our Short Sale Information Form
A Processor will Review and Reply if it is an Applicable Short Sale for CDPE to Process
Upon Approval you will Sign and Submit a Referral Agreement Form to escrow for a Flat Fee of $2,500 that the buyer or their agent will be billed for our service
Your file will then be visible for you to track anytime online for your peace of mind
You will receive an A "Realtor's Guide to a Successful Short Sale"
All documents needed for the short sales are collect directly from your clients by our processors
Depending on the lender(s), steps may differ throughout our processing process
Our short sale approvals are taking between 21 - 60 days depending on the lender(s)
Bank approve's short sale, escrow is closed, and you receive your commission
