Things are different...things are weird. I've had a few listings in a row that sold before I even had time to get them on tour factory or Active Rain. I learned my lesson and put my latest listing on these two sites right away. Already 4 showings in just a couple of days with more scheduled. I even recently put a 380 acre tract of farm land in contract.
I say this not to be cocky or celebrant about these sales. It is more due to my complete and utter jubilation of the improving real estate market in Columbus, Ohio. So Please do not congratulate me! Not what I'm after! Real Estate has been pedestrian in my area, nearly since the time I started. It definitely isn't just me that is doing well in my market now either. Sales are way up, and inventory is way down.
I'm more curious to see how real estate is doing in other parts of the state and country. I'm wondering if this is just a small bubble we have experienced the last few months or if it is part of a larger trend that will hopefully continue upwards. We always hear national stats and numbers but its hard to really decipher how accurate they are.
