Brookfield’s Residential listing data reflects an increase in new market inventory by 23% when compared to last year’s 2nd quarter stats.  There are currently twenty-two residential homes available for purchase in Brookfield, two of the nineteen listings offer water frontage and/or water access, no condominiums or commercial use properties available.  2nd quarter sales volume reports four units that went to a successful close vs. three in the same time period last year.   Pending sales are up by two units over last year.

  • 16 New Listings… up 23.07%
  • 3 Pending Sales…up 200%
  • 4 Residential Homes resulted in a successful close…up 33.33%
  • Average Price Sold Homes…$185,500., down 48.59%
  • Average DOM (Days on the Market) 102 down 71.635 or 257 days
  • Lowest Sales Price…227 Garney Road, Brookfield $60,001. | Residential home on 3 acres
  • Highest Sales Price…174 Tumble Down Dick Road, Brookfield | Waterfront residence on 6.64 acres and 260’ of frontage on Kingswood Lake

Brookfield’s Vacant Land listing data reflects a decrease in market inventory by two units or 40% when compared to last year’s 2nd quarter stats.  There are seven vacant land parcels available for purchase in Brookfield.  2nd quarter sales volume reports three parcels resulted in a successful sale, up 200%.  Pending sales are also up by two unit or 200%.
