Pro Staged Homes was called in to help these Temple City homeowners get their property sold. It had been on the market for 90 days with no offers. The new listing agent brought us in because he knew we could help put this property in market-ready condition.
The issues? There were a few.
1) The house is currently rented out to several tenants, each renting their own room and sharing the kitchen, baths and living areas.
2) The front part of the house had been added on as the owners worked out of their home, so they added on an office and lobby/reception area.
3) The kitchen needed to be updated.
We prepared a written consultation with several suggestions to successfully prepare the home for market. The homeowners chose to implement some of recommendations which vastly improved the look and feel of the home. Once they were don, using some of their existing furnishings and bringing in some of our own we created a cohesive, pulled together property that is sure to bring a sale.
