Stamford Connecticut is getting ready for a hazardous waste collection this Saturday at Rippowam Middle School, located at 381 High Ridge Road in Stamford between the hours of 9am - 2pm.

  • Household fire extinguishers
  • Insect sprays
  • Mercury thermometers
  • Metal polish
  • Moth balls
  • Muriatic acid
  • Old chemistry sets
  • Oil based paints and primers

* Empty aerosol cans may be recycled in your regular recycle bin. In order to take part in the Stamford waste collection, you must be a Stamford resident with valid identification for proof of residence.  Coming Soon: Norwalk CT's date is September 8, 2012.
