And being in Arlington, Viridian will be conveniently located near DFW International Airport, downtown Dallas and Fort Worth, Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Ballpark, Six Flags Over Texas, Lone Star Park, Verizon Theater, golf courses and many, many more great area attractions. Eventually it is expected that there will be more than 3500 houses and town homes. In anticipation of the population growth in the area, the city of Arlington has even opened the new Fire Station 17 directly adjacent to Viridian.
One of the most appealing aspects of this great development is the fact that so many will have an opportunity to make Viridian home. Plans are to have homes ranging from $180K on up to $2 million lake front houses. So it will not only be the wealthy that get to enjoy the life of living with the miles of trails, recreational lakes and acres and acres of protected wetlands. Not to mention the wonderful homes that will be part of Viridian. This is truly going to be a beautiful place to call home.
