Home sales were up slightly in June.
Townhome and Condo sales continue to lose ground. Finding financing on these type of projects are getting harder and harder to do. Debbie Parmer at Regions Bank or Sue Botelho at Waterstone Mortgage still have products available for the condo or townhome buyer and both are excellent lenders who will get you to the finish line.
The weather this year has been absolutely beautiful. No storms in the Gulf. Beautiful breezes daily and just awesome water conditions. Beach goers this year are in awe of just how beautiful it is here. Good luck trying to book a last minute rental. The rental market is at capacity this year. This has been one of the best rental markets of all years past.
I am noticing a lot of plates from the following states in town. Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas. An occassional Minnesota plate will pass me in the traffic flow.
