Effective Lead Generation PlanHow long is the effective life of any living organism or organization? The answer to this question depends on many variables. We have a Bleeding Heart Plant located at the curb beside our mailbox. It blooms during the spring into early summer and then gives way to dying until it comes to life the next year.


As you think about your own life in business, do you consider it in a Effective Lead Generation Plancyclical fashion? How do you manage seasonal trends or do you not have a plan? Remember there is an effective life to each and every season of your business and it needs a plan. In real estate, it means having a plan to ensure continual lead generation, knowing that a lead generated today will not come to fruition for 90-180 days. As one plant dies, allow a new one to come to life.

Plan to work then work the plan, I just stay steady all year  with the same amount of marketing month in and month out and it stays steady.
