Excellence is a Prevailing Attitude

‘If you are going to achieve excellence in the big things, you develop

the habit in the little matters. Excellence is not an exception, it is a prevailing attitude.”

Charles R. Swindoll, clergyman

As I see it . . . . . . . .

Excellence is a prevailing attitude

Your attitude determines the level of your business excellence.

Your business relationships and your customer service is a direct reflection of your attitude.

Your attitude will determine that way you interact with your customers, how you handle business conflict and how you negotiate and the success of the negotiations. Your attitude surfacing in every aspect of your business and plays a major role in your business success.

People will view you through your attitude and that view will determine if people will do business with you or move on and look for another choice.

The quality of your business and your services is a mirror image of your attitude.

Your attitude determines your business excellences, set the bar of excellence high and your customers will see you and your business as a business of personal excellence and someone they should do business with.

Excellence is a prevailing attitude and the level of your attitude will determine the level of your excellence.

Not sure why, but I always taught those around me to create excellence on the small things, so that when bigger things came along, the excellence would be automatic.
