Jamestown RI home sales for the month of June 2012 , as well as year to date sales, are detailed in this update.  For the month of June 2012 Jamestown RI real estate sales had 7 homes sold, as follows:

4 homes sold over $400,000

2 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000

 1 home sold for less than $300,000

There were 83  Jamestown RI homes for sale in June which is 11% more homes on the real estate market from May.  Jamestown home sales have rebounded a bit finally this year with 7 homes sold in June which is a boost to Rhode Island real estate..

The coastal Jamestown RI real estate’s shore still remains one of the more desirable waterfront buys for home searches. However, the luxury Jamestown real estate market is stalled right now.

So in June, the average sale price of a Jamestown home was $484,714,  sold at 94% of list price and was on the real estate market on average for 88 days.

Year to date through June 2012, Jamestown RI home sales are down 7% over same 2011 period.  However, Jamestown home sale prices increased by 21% in 2012 over the same time period (Jan.- June 2011) last year.
