The Rockrimmon neighborhood is located on the Northwest side of Colorado Springs, CO in award-winning Academy School District 20 (www.asd20.org .) Convenient to Garden of the Gods, hiking trails, Ute Valley Park, as well as shopping centers and corporate offices like Hewlitt-Packard. Students are a walk, bike ride or easy commute to excellent D20 schools such as Eagleview Middle School, and Air Academy High School. Tucked amongst the foothills, wildlife is plentiful and spring babies will soon be here.

  • A fully finished basement.

 

 

Median size is typically about 2,891 square feet.

 

Median sales price $290,500.

 

Median sales price per square foot $100.

 

Average days on market = 60 days.

 

 

While the above data is indicative of a sample of the highest sales, prices in Rockrimmon start in the low 200’s.

The Rockrimmon neighborhood sounds like a great place to call home.  Sixty days on market is not bad at all.  About what homes in Albuquerque are looking at.  Much better than this time last year.

Rockrimmon is a great neighborhood that has the "Colorado" feel, as I like to call it.   Sometimes neighborhoods like Rockrimmon make me question my decision to specialize in horse property.  If I come across someone wanting to sell their home in Rockrimmon, I'd refer them to you without hesitation.  (I have a good friend who lives in that neighborhood so I really can appreciate all that it has to offer.) 

p.s.  That picture above the couch in your photo is GREAT.  At first, I thought it was a window.

Hi John, that's good to know. Its certainly feels like a better spring market.

Thank you so much, Sondra! I'd love to help however I can. There are only 4 homes in that neighborhood on the market right now (3 actually, mine is pending) between $200K-$300K. So inventory is waaay low there.

BTW - you can find that picture at IKEA.
