Another Satisfied Homebuyer: Congratulations to the New Owners of 35 Frontier Drive Walpole MA
Congratulations to my buyers who closed last Thursday on their purchase of 35 Frontier Drive in Walpole, MA.
These buyers contacted me near the end of the winter. They had been looking for a new home and were not happy with their current agent. The wife told me "I don't need a friend to look at houses with and to tell me that the granite countertops are nice." She wanted a true buyer's agent to protect their interests and help them sort out the pros and cons of different homes, different communities and neighborhoods.
We looked at a number of homes in different communities; some were overpriced, many were not exactly what they wanted and one we lost in a mutiple offer situation. Ultimately this home in a great neighborhood in Walpole MA came on the market.
It is a ten-year young, five bedroom, three and a half bath home at the end of a cul de sac, backing up to conservation land and walking trails. With a koi pond and outdoor fireplace in the back yard and plenty of lawn to run around in the front, back and side, this is a great house for this family of five to spread out in. With a walk up attic and large unfinished basement, there is even room to add more living space.
It was a pleasure to work with them and as with every client, I will miss seeing them on a regular basis. I wish them many years of happiness in this gorgeous home!
