  Lihue home

I received another REO assignment last week. A home in Lihue that had been listed as a short sale for a long time. It’s a real fixxer and I’m not sure if the bank will do repairs or not. You can call or email me if you want more info.

According to The Garden Island newspaper Friday June 22, 2012 issue it listed Civil Cases for the months of May & June 2012. The May 2012 list had 25 foreclosures & the June 2012 count is 24 judicial foreclosures coming online. I’m guessing half of these foreclosures will end up as loan mods, short sales or bought at the court house steps, while half will end up coming on the market. So in the future I do see the REO inventory increasing to a dozen a month. This will probably last for 6 months or so and then slow down.
