Got an email from a cooperating Realtor about an issue with this Clintonville 3 bedroom home. Seems post inspection some water has accumulated in the basement. This morning I am going to check out the situation and give the seller a call
No one told me 33 years ago when I got my license that I would be kind of a fix it guy!
