I am a brand new real estate agent. I feel so lucky to have come across the Active Rain web site. I came across it by accident on another web site that I frequent. I have just barely touched the surface of AR. I just get so much information off of it. I've started keeping a little note pad beside my lap top so that as I think of subjects I can write them down and go to them. I appreciate the fact that I have so many professionals to ask advice of. Everyone on the site seems to love sharing their knowledge. Unlike other sites I've been on, there doesn't seem to be any back biting.
It amazes me that I can think about anything...any subject and people seem to know all about it. It is very sound advice. As a new agent I treasure the advice of those with knowledge, wisdom and experience. I also enjoy talking to other new agents who have started their careers with me. At this point in this journey I'm all about taking advantage of anything that will help me make decisions as to the direction I want to take..
