Will The Real Estate Market Recovery Please Stand Up?

Recent news articles seem to be divided as to whether or not we are in the real recovery.  I personally believe that with bargain low prices, decreasing inventory and historically low interest rates,  buyers will continue to leave the fence and purchase their homes.  We are already seeing an increased number of closings in the Iron County, UT, real estate market.  Investors are picking up rental units and renters are becoming happy homeowners.  I believe we are experiencing the real recovery.  Do you?

What is happening in other states?  The question on everyone's mind is, "Will prices go up?"  That remains to be seen.  What do you think?

Do you think the market has further to fall?  In some price ranges, I believe it's at the bottom and starting up.  We have multiple offers and some buyers that are willing to pay more than list price to own the home they love.  The question remains, "How will future foreclosures effect the recovery?"
