I thought long and hard before deciding to dedicate myself to doing something like writing (and maintaining) a blog. To do it right requires an investment of my time and consistency. To do it right is a dedication to you, the viewer and consumer of the information.
As a senior Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish Realtors I am a GREEN Designated REALTOR® with an emphasis on sustainability and all that entails. As you learn more about it my guess is that it will garner more of your attention as well.
The benefits of doing a blog these days are many fold as more and more people have become accustomed to the internet as a rich information source.
I will do my best and you, in turn, can help with the process by rating and sharing these postings if you find them interesting and relevant. By doing so it will hit more people's radar screens (as they share, etc) and the usefulness of the information and value of my time will grow exponentially.
