Windemere Townhomes in Pasadena

Hi John --- the excellent location and the floor plans at Windemere have remained popular over the years.   We are having an unusual July week with temps today in the mid 70s...but the pool remains inviting.

Hi Kathy --- the original design of the Windemere Townhome complex has varied elevations so over the years the landscape and grounds have filled in quite nicely.  Another nice feature, in my opinion, are the units which are street facing creating a quasi-row house appearance which differentiates it from many of the townhouses in the area.   

Sharon and Frank --- thanks very much.  With our limited inventory of townhomes in Pasadena and the popularity of Windemere, homeowners thinking of selling might be able to maximize their net proceeds with some proper marketing.   

Hi Endre -- under 400K for a three bedroom townhome in Pasadena is not possible in this market -- in fact another Windemere two bedroom townhouse has just hit the market tonight for $449,000 -- nice location within the complex.   

Pamela -- The location of Windemere is quite desirable and very convenient plus the design and features of the townhomes have always had a great deal of appeal.

Hello Sharon -- The river rock accents that you noticed are reminiscent of many of the Craftsman single family homes built in the early part of the 20th century that are close to the Windemere townhomes.  Our weather has varied so much -- it is predicted that we will be having a warm weekend.   Hope you are having a great Wednesday - thanks for stopping by and commenting.

Thanks, Dick -- prices at Windemere must be  very reasonable to Pasadena area homebuyers in today's market -- one of the listings that came on the market this week has an accepted offer as of last night.   Any other Windemere owners thinking of sellling -- this may be a great opportunity!

Hi Laura -- thanks for stopping by and your nice comments.   There are also a series of bridges throughout Windemere that are an interesting feature of the complex plus guest parking which is nice.

Hi Endre --- it's possible if you act quickly.....let me know -- the other two bedroom in the complex had an accepted within three days of coming on the market.  

Hi Michelle -- Pasadena does not have a lot of large townhome complexes(50 or more units) and in recent years when a townhome comes on the market in Windemere, it is well received.
