According to our local multiple listing service(MLS) there is one townhome in escrow(a one bedroom with a list price of $270,000 - apx 713 square feet). In 2012 from January through June there has been one sale - a two bedroom with apx 1041 square feet that closed for $435,000 in February. For the entire year 2011, there were four sales at Windemere. Three of the sales were the one bedroom loft style unit with sales ranging from $250,000 to $315,000. A two bedroom unit sold in 2011 for $450,000.
