Cedar Trace in Lebanon is different than most community developments with their tiny lots. You get to know your neighbors, maybe a bit better than you want if they don't keep the blinds closed!

Well in Cedar Trace you're going to need a lot better eyesight to have those close encounters of the unwelcome kind! With 1+ acre lots, you've got some space between you and your neighbor. Combine only one entrance into Cedar Trace with a number of cul de sac streets and your privacy increases.

Located on SR123 between Lebanon and I-71, you've got great access for commuting to Cincinnati or Dayton.

Cedar Trace isn't a pool community, but a short drive away is Countryside YMCA, ONLY the world's largest YMCA!! If you want recreation they've got it there and then some! Cedar Trace does have a little bit of a wrinkle in its development history. Originally initiated by Ryan homes, Cedar Trace was a building flurry starting in 2005. However, as the housing market turned in 2008/9, building slowed, then came to a screeching halt in 2009. Ryan Homes pulled the plug on further building, but the good news is WRS-Gallenstein (a local custom home builder) & Ashford have stepped in and has rights to the remaining lots! And by the way, you don't save any money by visiting and contracting new construction directly from the builder. Our fees are already included in the base price, whether you hire an agent or not, so why not have someone who is ONLY looking out for your best interest?

Lebanon schools continue to be recognized for academic excellence (sports programs are good too!). Lebanon was selected one of five 2012 Best Hometowns by Ohio Magazine. Historic Downtown Lebanon is home to quite a few festivals and celebrations throughout the year, and Cedar Trace provides a short ride to downtown.

Anita, It's nice to have that extra room on the lots. For the most part the development is too new for mature trees (another cornfield conversion, pretty common here).

Jim, They've got a lot of curb appeal. Almost none for sale right now, but this is one of those communities where the prices have dropped enough locally to put many of these owners underwater. One of the three sales was a short sale, and a Pending right now is also.

Jason, Cedar Trace gave us a little more material to work with! That interrupted build history isn't typical :) The big lots for the price point are cool too. We like having extra space ourselves, so can see the allure of this development. And yes, there is a Liz, Roger Mucci can confirm her existence :)

Christine, And all too often it's the McMansions on small lots. With the size of some homes, even a 1/2 acre lot feels small.

Wanda, The photos are something we feel are essential to the community posts. Buyers don't want to know just the stats, but a general feel for the community, so off we go on photo safaris through our communities to provide that on the spot picture taking.
