LOT TO COVER AND DISCOVER

I don't expect you to understand the documents, the small print, the Real Estate speak and the procedures all going in. It is a lot to take in especially for someone who is hiring help. However, there are things you will have to know before signing because no matter what part you play in the transaction, your signature says you agreed to it. We will find a comfort level here

RELAX...and ENJOY THE DEAL 

What I do is break it down in easy to chew and then swallow pieces. We may talk over the course a week or more before we actually begin a procedure or transaction. My biggest concern for you as my customer is that you are comfortable, informed and participate when called upon...all easy stuff to do

Believe it or not, there is a fun part hidden in Real Estate that can be added at anytime. I will introduce that to you at the appropriate time. Until then, dialog with me and become comfortable on what we are doing and how we will be proceeding

PHASE BY PHASE

When listing a property for sale, many things are going to come up that is best addressed as we enter the specific phase. If a short sale, then we will focus on the part that helps and benefits you before, during and at the close of sale.

EQUITY SALE

If doing a standard "for sale" transaction, we will determine your property value, your comfortable time to perform and whether we can proceed without incurring any out of pocket expenses. We walk it through and have discussion

REMEMBER: YOU WERE ONCE A BUYER TOO

I will explain to you in detail what to expect when we show the property and how to properly disclose everything so that the buyers come in happy and have a high steady confidence level all the way through. We will find that "what works" place for all

MY PLEDGE TO YOU

I have a policy in effect with my existing clients that calls for being available to answer questions or meet just about anytime necessary to do so. That is one of the reasons why we don't have to cover every single important thing up front. We will always be in communications
