St George island is more of a residential area. great fisihing and wildlife but not much else. I have vacationed twice over the past 7 years, relaxing but not awesome.

Thanks a bunch for the input. I've visited there once maybe 15 years ago, when it was a really sleepy fishing island - perfect retreat. Now I've got some folks there who own relatively new property and want to sell it via fractional ownership, so I'm just putting the pieces together. I appreciate your response.
