Looking out my picture window on the first day of the New Year I viewed a fresh white blanket of snow sparkling and clean, what a wonderful symbolic gesture I thought to myself….I am about to start off my new year sparkling, fresh, and clean. It made me smile.
The year of 2007 was a true year of change, new opportunities and personal growth for both me and my family, for they came along for the ride (so to speak). What a time it was…I would not change a thing and I don’t think they would either.
I am hopeful this letter finds you, your family and loved ones a well and that you too are looking forward to the year of 2008! Did I really say 2008? Amazing…truly amazing isn’t it how fast time passes?
I notice it mostly through my children…Corey a 3rd year college student and Troy now a freshman in High School, how did that happen? I am so truly thankful and proud of my boys for they have been such a wonderful support for me, what with helping me figure the in’s and out’s on the computer along with their positive support to keep me moving forward. I love em’ so much!
I have learned to be patient with myself while learning new things and what an enormous amount of learning I have done! Choosing Real Estate as a career has been the very best choice for me and I get so excited about it! Sometimes I think I need to pinch myself just to make sure I am where I am in my life.
I have had the opportunity this past year to work with both Buyer’s and Seller’s and find I enjoy both very much. Just last week, I had a closing on a home with first time home buyers and found myself once again immersed in the excitement…it is infectious! I have been fortunate to work in the areas of Short Sales, Lease Opportunities with a Option to Buy along with investment opportunities. This is one career that never gets stale or boring for it is constantly providing something new…how fortunate I am.
I would like to thank everyone for their continued support and referrals for if it wasn’t for each of you I wouldn’t be where I am today so….Thankyou!
