Many of my clients are back enjoying the summer months with family and friends. Most of them have a home in the mid-west or north-west and call Sun City Grand home during the fall and winter months.
I keep track of sales and inventory in Sun City Grand and other Arizona Retirement Communities through out the year. One thing that I can say, things are pretty consistant around here. We know that the market will be slower in the summer months and start to ramp up to our high season in the fall and peaking in the months of January-April.
