Good summary and market update Kevin... you are right on with respect to the velocity of sales in Circle C Ranch, SW Austin's most popular master planned community. not that it matters much, but the stats are a little off. it's possible some of the sub neighborhoods were overlooked? For example, Alta Mira, which is part of Circle C Ranch. the first six months of sales in Circle C are actually 156 sold (not 128), average size is 2861 SF, average sold price is 354k. As of July 7th, there were 38 homes for sale, and 46 pending. Currently (today) there are 44 homes available.
