Residents at ATL Lofts in Atlantic Station currently pay a little over $500 per month on average. The increase will take the monthly HOA fees to around $1200 - a $700 increase, more than double. There are about 50 residents at Atlantic Station ATL Lofts, and they are understandbly outraged. For many of the residents the new fee will surpass their monthly mortgage.

So why the HUGE increase at this Atlantic Station property?
Cocke Finkelstein became the new owners of ATL Lofts when they purchased the remaining 105 vacant units. While Cocke Finkelstein would like the sell the units, renting makes more sense in the current Atlantic Station real estate market.
Cocke Finkelstein states there are years of outstanding bills for Atlantic Station ATL Lofts. And no increase in HOA fees Atlantic Station ATL Lofts in the last five years. The increase in HOA fees are necessary to pay off outstanding bills.
