Another Successful Short Sale under my belt in Franklin, NC. This home is located in the Cowee Community just North of the quaint town of Franklin, NC. We have happy 1ST. time Home Buyers and a Seller that does not have a foreclosure and NO defecate as well.
This was not an easy Short Sale by any means but everyone is glad to be moving on to the next phase of their live's.
Not too many agents have the paitence or the knowlege it takes to close a Short Sale. We can't emphasize enough to the sellers and buyers this could be a long haul and sometimes feel like you will never close. Every Short Sale is different and presents different challenges that we have to overcome and not give up.
