How is the real estate market in Rapid City, South Dakota. For once - similar to other parts of the country...
Low inventory, mulitple offer situations, sellers getting closer to asking price, buyers not being able to "think about" the good stuff.
Especially westside Rapid City. That seems to be having the most success.

Not only has the real estate market been hot here in Rapid City, we are achieving great strides in the weather department. It was hotter here than in Arizona and Texas yesterday. What's up with that? My wife and I jumped in the kids' pool last night just to cool off!
