One of the various hats I wear is helping develop home plans for Legacy Premier Homes. We are looking for some 2 story front but one story back type plans. I know I want the Master and at least one bedroom down. I also know I want a bonus bath and 1 bedroom up. Should the fourth bedroom be down or up? Do you have any examples that you like? Any additional input on 2 story homes would be appreciated. The homes are 3 car side entry so must keep width under 60 feet. I know we do not want to put the 2 story part over the master bedroom must be over some other part of the house.
