I just received my certificate from Georgia Department of Natural Resources Environmental Protection Division.
I can now test the water of Lake Harding on the Chattahoochee River for E-Coli. It is a really exciting time for me. Since we live on the lake, it makes sense to make sure the waters are safe for me, my family and friends who live there and thos who visit the lake for water sports, fishing and boating.
The class, led by Roger Martin and Tom Weiland, was enlightening. We learned about how we can protect our rivers and streams from pollution. We learned how to safely test and monitor the waters.
