Wednesday means it's Farmers Market time in Fair Oaks CA!
Have you been to the Farmers Market in Plaza Park in Fair Oaks Village? Every Wednesday from 3-8 pm, rain or shine, all year around, we now have a wonderful place to pick up some tasty vegetables, fruit, bread, and other fresh stuff to take home and make your own delicious meals.
Or you can wander through the booths and check out a few crafts and other things of interest while you listen to a bit of music, grab some made-to order foods like tacos, burgers, pizza, or whatever, while you keep an eye out for the Fair Oaks chickens who will follow you around hoping that you'll drop a crumb or two.
Since our office looks out onto this park, it's very handy for us to step outside and grab a snack, pick up some groceries to take home, or just relax and enjoy the people. Here's a video I took last Wednesday. I arrived early, so not all of the booths were even set up yet, but you can see that it's a great place to stop by.

Plaza Park is in the Village, between Park Drive and California Avenue on Fair Oaks Blvd in Fair Oaks. Just go east a block on Winding Way from Sunrise Blvd and turn right on Fair Oaks into the Village. See you there?
