Sales have been going strong at The Orchards of East Cherokee, an active adult community in Woodstock, and because of that, residents have been seeing plenty of new faces around their community.
A total of eight sets of new homeowners have moved into this community from The Orchards Group since May. Of these eight homeowners, only three have relocated from elsewhere in the Atlanta area, while five have moved there from outside the state. New homeowners, who crave to be closer to family, represent Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Colorado, Alabama and South Carolina.
"These new names and faces are a welcome addition to our community. As our community events and onsite activities continue to grow in attendance and number, our new homeowners, with their diverse geographic backgrounds are making things even more exciting," said Mitch Block, director of sales and marketing with The Orchards Group.
These are not the community's out-of-state residents. In the past, East Cherokee has had new homeowners from places such as Washington D.C., Wisconsin and California move into their new homes.
The Orchards of East Cherokee offers a rich style for active adults. Residents enjoy amenities such as a swimming pool, waterfall sitting plaza, grand clubhouse and barbeque pit in addition to clubs and activities. Plus, buyers have a wonderful selection of maintenance-free ranch condominiums and low maintenance single family homes. The heart of Woodstock location is also convenient to plenty of shopping, dining, entertainment, recreation and healthcare.
