Thank you all for your comments. The market in Venice is hot, and we are short of inventory. I went to Broker Roundtable luncheon at Venice Area Board of REALTORS® this afternoon, most of the brokers I spoke with said the same thing happened in their offices. I hope we are on the road to recovery.
