Age is Not a Factor - Part 1
“Age is no barrier, it’s a limitation you put in your mind.”
Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Olympic Champion, 3 Gold Medals, 1 Silver Medal and 2 Bronze Medals
As I see it . . . . . . .
Age is not a factor
You’re never too young . . . . Or your never too old . . . . to accomplish your goals or to be a success.
I had an opportunity to meet a young man for the first time that at the time he was seventeen years old. I was at his home to list his parent’s home. He was very engaging and sat through the entire listing presentation on the edge of his chair.
After the listing presentation was complete and the listing agreement sign by his parents. He asked me if he could ask me same questions about selling real estate. He had a ton of questions but at the same time he was very informed about real estate for his age.
He told me that his grandfather was a broker and that he was training him to take over his real estate since he was a little boy. He explained that his grandfather had passed away about two years ago.
He went on to say that he was going to start real estate school and complete it before he was eighteen birthday. And that he would graduate from high school in June and take the state real estate exam on his eighteenth birthday.
And then he want on the say that he work get his broker’s license and open his own real estate company.
Well Bob passed in real estate exam on his 18th birthday and over the next couple of years become one of the top producers in the real estate market.
On this 21st birthday Bob received is broker’s license and opened his own office and when on to manage one of the most successful companies in the market place.
Bob had a plan and he followed through on his plan and became a successful real estate professional at a young age.
Age is not factor unless you make it a factor.
