It's going to be a busy weekend for me this weekend. If only people knew how tough it is to sit in someone else's living room and watch T.V. for a couple of hours.
So I'm calling on all Quinte house hunters to stop by, have a look, be charmed (both by me and the homes I'm selling) and present me with offers on these fine homes.
First up
I will be at 44 Walt Road on Saturday July 28th 2012 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This beautiful three bedroom home is perfect for people who are looking to buy a three bedroom home in Smithfield.
Situated on a large country lot, minutes from the public school, this home, originally built in 1879 has been totally redone in the last four years and has newer everything, including roof, windows, doors, drywall, insulation, etc etc.
I could go on and on, but you can go to my website and check out this Smithfield home for sale, or better yet, come out to the open house on Saturday and be prepared to be dazzled in person.
Next on the agenda;
Come and visit me on Saturday July 28th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m at 16882 Telephone Road in Quinte West.
What can I say about this gorgeous 35 acre property that I haven't already said (over and over again)?
You'll love the barn, you'll love the meticulously renovated farm house, the detached garage with a loft, and the wired bunky which is perfect for those warm summer nights. Hey, you might even like the functional outhouse - who am I to judge?
But seriously, this is one of the last large acreages so close to the 401 and the towns of Brighton and Trenton. It's also one of the closest places to town where you are allowed to keep horses, there aren't many zoned like this in the area. You don't have to have horses though, it could be that you might just enjoy the space to roam.
This Quinte West home for sale has to be seen to be appreciated.
Well, that's it for Saturday, now here's what I'll be doing on Sunday;
I will be at 582 Barcovan Beach Road Sunday July 29th (where is the summer going??) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with spectacular Lake Ontario water views is the perfect home for people who just want to move in and enjoy. My clients are hard working people and have done all the work for you, you only have to get financing and buy this Barcovan Beach home for sale. If you don't need financing, all the better, if you do, I can point you in the right direction.
Can you imagine sitting in the sun room of this wonderful home watching the waves gently breaking on the shores of Lake Ontario while sipping a drink. I can, and that's probably what I'll be doing for a couple of hours on Sunday, so come on down an talk to me. I know you want to buy this home.
And you - yes you, the fellow from Hamilton who has called twice about this but won't tell me your name, now's a good time to come and have a look. Don't be late though, because I have to leave at 1 p.m. sharp so I can set up my next open house.
Which brings me to;
1272 Old Wooler Road, Sunday July 29th 2012, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
This home is smack dab between the towns of Wooler and Codrington, so if you're looking for a nice well kept home on a one acre lot in a serene country setting, this is the house that will do it for you.
This Wooler home for sale is perfect for retirees looking to downsize to a manageable well sized home. Now I'm not going to insist that you be retired to come have a look and ultimately present me with an offer, but with two bedrooms it probably won't be big enough for a large family.
As well as being economical, thoroughly updated and in fantastic condition, this house has a huge attached workshop, so if you're the type who likes to tinker or are in need of a space to lock your husband in, I would suggest coming down on Sunday and having a look through this house.
Just drive up Wooler Road and turn left onto Old Wooler Road and keep driving until you see the signs, dancing girls and a brass band on the lawn (well, maybe not the band and the dancing girls), but the signs will be there, and so will I.
So, what's your weekend going to be like?
