With all the rain this summer, acreages in Strathcona are looking great! We are just coming off the prime acreage selling season. The market has been strong this past season with prices higher than last year. Acreages for sale in Strathcona County on average took less time to sell than a year ago. That being said, expect the market to slow down as we move into the fall.
