Land clearing has begun of 64 acres on the southern boarder of Olde Cypress just north of Immokalee Road as Stock Development readies the final Olde Cypress neighborhood. Lantana will be home to 3 and 4 bedroom from 1,809 square feet to 3,158 square feet. Construction is scheduled to start in August with six model homes and three spec homes ready by the first of the year.

Home sites will be 50 feet and 60 feet wide with introductory prices in the $400,000 range.

In total there will be 10 floor plans, mostly single-story, built in three different product lines.

Access to Lantana is through the Olde Cypress main gates and Lantana will be part of Olde Cypress Golf and Country Club. Social membership to the club is required.
