What a place!! Been here, you know. If not, well just think of it as a learning opportunity!
The people here, great. very diversified. I see many people are coming down from, Ohio,PA,New Jersey,NewYork. Its good to see. Golf of course,wonderful I'm sure everyone has some knowledge of that so no need to discuss that here. Shopping, well its good and getting better. Developers with great successes are doing business here and its a pleasure to see what is transforming here now and in the future.As for our market well, I think its awesome..Some will disagree and thats great. But, like everything, its all relevant. I initially started my real estate career in Cleveland Ohio and let me tell ya. If you are from or work in a market of that sort and move to a market like ours here at the beach I think you would gain some understanding as to how great this market here really is. Sky is the limit here guys it really is. If you are working in this area you understand. If not you better educate yourself of our area. Now if your an agent from the areas I listed above you dont have an option you have to educate yourself. Many Many people are moving from those areas and it only means more money in your pocket.
