Do you think attitude and mindset are almost the same thing? Do you think if you have a great attitude but no goals in writing you will be better off than if you have goals in writing but your attitude is not very positive? This is some of the thoughts that have came to mind for me after looking back at blogs I have written where they begin with the word: GOALS versus ATTITUDE.
Isn't life exciting? If it is not exciting, for you, do you think you could make it exciting. Just last week I spoke to a group of people talking about: "EXCITING EXPERIENCES" I asked the audience: "Who has jumped out of an airplane?" "Who has seen Anthony Robbins LIVE?" And we talked about some exciting experiences I have personally enjoyed, like: Walking on FIRE, or hot coals (barefooted) with Anthony Robbins about 29 years ago. Also about a charity challenge I took and raised $2,500 by playing 107 holes of golf in a single day. ATTITUDE Gets the most hits of all blogs I write. Why do you think that is?
Are you continually working on your attitude? Working on your attitude could automatically help you to lose weight if you needed to do so; don't you agree? I know one of the things I work on EVERY DAY, is not using my cell phone while I am driving. And that is one of those bad habits that I have to work on it every day. Like laying my phone in the back seat or turning it off so I will not hear it ring while I am driving.
Now for some attitude toward accomplishments and productivity in our lives: My attitude has helped me create a goal to have a higher income in the next 12 months than I have ever had since entering the real estate business in 1980 in Phoenix Arizona. I know it is possible, the reason I know it is possible, is because I believe I can do it. And those thoughts of that happening have gone through my head EVERY DAY for the past five weeks.
One of the big accomplishments in the next 11 months, I am implementing is writing about 480 personal notes, and mailing them to people I know, former real estate clients, new people I will meet in the upcoming months. When was the last time you got a personal hand written note from someone? Giving a little praise and showing gratitude to others can be one of the largest accomplishments.
