I always said that we'd know when housing (and home financing) was turning a corner when we started to see program availability expanding instead of contracting. So here we are halfway through 2012 and at least we have regained access to affordable and efficiently processed piggyback loans.

RPM is pleased to announce the addtion of our piggyback HELOC program, which will permit:

• Combined liens of up to $1,000,000 with a loan-to-value max of 85%.
• Combined liens of up to $750,000 with a loan-to-value max of 89.99%.

Real Estate professionals, if you have buyers looking to put down 10% to 15% who wish to avoid PMI in jumbo scenarios OR who don't want the mortgage insurance and impound requirements of an FHA loan, this solution is ideal.
