PASSION = ATTITUDE IS THAT ALL IT REALLY IS?

By
Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart

Have you looked closely lately, at different people in the same arena or in the same business profession? Let's take residential real estate as an example. Over six months ago, I offered to mentor a real estate agent, new to the business, well actually six months, when I began my career in Ohio in 1978 only part time and knowing nothing, at the end of six months I had sold 12 homes and was so excited, pumped up, like, Coolsville man, wow what an awesome experience.

This agent some six months ago especially being an immigrant, (why do I mention immigrant? over 70% of the millionaires in the U S A are immigrants) there was an exciting feeling inside for me to help this person, the agent even asked me: "why do you want to help me?"   simple:   "I like to HELP people." Maybe I am weird or maybe I am just NADOTA. Then again many people have helped me in life, from a simple answer to questions, to a suggestion of what i may want to consider doing. passion = attitude is that all it really is?

You may know however there is large number of people who get a real estate license, that after a year, or so they quit. And that is ok, you know why they didn't make it? If there is PASSION, my opinion is that will give assurance of success, there also has to be a some ATTITUDE mixed in with the PASSION.

Most real estate agents that sell seven to 12 homes a year I believe have the attitude, however there is no PASSION, when you add in the PASSION, and I don't think you can add it in, I believe PASSION is something that is either .......there with you ........or it is not. You can't create it somehow it is a subconscious thing. What ever it is it is awesome. Like the emotion of Paul McCarty last night when he sang at the opening of the olympics last night. That my friend is the passion I am talking about. PASSION = ATTITUDE IS THAT ALL IT REALLY IS?

I am never too busy for your referrals
